Kate McCarty, a senior theatre performance major with a minor in dance, scored a role in the Lifetime movie ‘Killing The Competition.’ In the movie, McCarty plays Jeanie, a friend of the lead character. Starring Melissa Joan Hart, the movie premiered in March of this year and is available on streaming. ‘Killing the Competition’ is now the third credit on McCarty’s IMDB, accompanied by two short films.
